INGREDIENTS
6 medium squids
1 big onion
3 cloves of garlic
A bit of pepper
50 grams of highland ham
1/2 glass of white wine
1/3 of liter of broth of fish
1 spoonful of tomato
A piece of parsley
PREPARATION
